High performance ceramic coatings on a Triumph Rocket

Due to the nature of the application, it is a service that has to be applied by a human. Our technicians are highly experienced but the process is not flawless, hence having an inspection department. Our aim is to offer the best service at the best price with the best quality. High-quality standards are part of our DNA.

Our ceramic coatings are very durable. Depending on the use of the car/bike, where it would be used and its environment, the coating can change durability, affecting the life of the coating. We have customers who had ceramic coatings applied a long time ago and who have experienced no problems, including on motorbikes, where the exhausts are more exposed than on a car.

You can send your parts to us, as long as they are well packaged and protected, and your contact details are included. Upon receipt, we will call you to confirm the order, take payment and make sure we know if there are any specific requirements. You don’t need an order to send the parts to us, but remember to include: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, and Preferred Ceramic Coating.

Our ceramic coatings offer the same benefits for both cars and motorcycles. Depending on what you are looking to achieve we are happy to offer our expertise and provide information on which coatings are most suitable for your requirements.

The best way to clean the ceramic coating is with a damp cloth. You can use a light detergent if the coating is particularly dirty. Never use abrasive or chemical cleaners.

Exhaust wraps can be very good, they are accessible and have some thermal benefit. Unfortunately, they can start to disintegrate over time and lose much of their aesthetic appeal. They don’t last as long as ceramic coatings and are not a fit-and-forget solution like our ceramic coatings. Our coatings are durable and they offer an aesthetic appeal that will last much longer than any exhaust wrap. Your car or bike will look cleaner and with numerous colours available you will get the “wow” factor that you can’t get with exhaust wraps.

Yes. Our ceramic coatings manage heat in the exhaust system, allowing gases to flow better which will improve the performance of the engine.

Our ceramic coatings are produced to give an enhanced look to your car/motorcycle while helping reduce the surface temperature. External testing has shown the reduction values in the order of 12-15% from our exhaust ceramic coatings range.

Yes it does, but we do not guarantee the coating on the inside pipes.

Yes. With our process, we can coat both the outside and the inside of your pipes/exhaust.

The difference comes from the level of heat tolerance. Volcanic Range is our ceramic coating focused on Motorsports where engines can achieve higher temperatures. This ceramic coating is suitable up to 1050°C. Again, it has a broad use over any part of the engine. It is the choice of OEM customers because it is the hardest wearing.

Our Standard Range is suitable up to 650°C, which means it is suitable for manifolds, pipes and turbo housings.

Our Vibrant Colours Range is suitable up to 425°C, which means it can be used for pipes, exhaust tips, under bonnet beautification and rocket covers.

Yes they can. It is one of the benefits of our exhaust ceramic coatings.

Yes, we ceramic coat turbo housings with our Standard and Volcanic Ranges. We don’t recommend coating turbos with our Vibrant Colours, suitable up to 425°C, which means it can be used for pipes, exhaust tips, under bonnet beautification and rocket covers.

We can ceramic coat almost everything on your motorcycle/car. From exhaust manifolds to turbo housings, pipes, wastegates, rocket covers, and even wheels. Any part that you wish to add some colour, protection and heat resistance to, we can do it.

Our exhaust ceramic coatings have a thickness of 30-50microns. This means that you don’t have to mask any slip joints or flanges.

Our exhaust ceramic coatings are applied by our expert technicians, who have years of experience, so we can guarantee the high standards of our coatings. All the OEM contracts we have won for top brands are in recognition of our ceramic coatings’ quality.

We apply a polymer-ceramic coating which is a different solution. First of all, it is applied by professionals. We do it in our modernised facilities and we use proper machinery. That’s why we can give a one-year warranty against defects.

Our ceramic coatings are applied by our specialist technicians who can guarantee an excellent quality finish. All of our jobs are performed to the highest standards in the industry. We are a service provider, and we provide the service of applying exhaust ceramic coatings to your parts.

We attend a lot of exhibitions. To know which events we will be attending, please contact us.

Customers are welcome to bring their parts directly to us.

We have a very straightforward process. You can send us the parts yourself, deliver them in person or take advantage of our collection service for £15+VAT (applies to one single box of up to 1m length and 10kgs weight, for UK mainland only). We always prepare the surfaces prior to applying our ceramic coatings. You just need to disassemble all the moving parts that won’t need to be coated (like bolts, screws, and removable parts.)

We start our process by preparing the surface to receive our ceramic coatings. We then apply the ceramic coating and cure it for four hours. When the cure is finished, all the parts are then inspected and if they’re not up to our high standards they will be re-coated and cured, once again. When they pass inspection, they are packaged in bubble wrap to protect the parts and are dispatched to the customer.

In our Standard Range you can choose between Satin Black, Gold, Deep Black and Tungsten Grey.
In our Volcanic Range, the colours available are Volcanic Black, Volcanic Silver, and Volcanic Gold and Volcanic Titanium.
In our Vibrant Colours, the choice gets very colourful with choices including Vibrant Red, Vibrant Green.
If you’d like a colour that isn’t represented here, contact us and we will try to find you a solution.
We have the most competitive prices in the UK. We have priced our ceramic coatings for an excellent compromise between extremely durable quality and a good, honest and fair price. If you can find it cheaper, we will match it. (Terms & Conditions Apply).

Yes. We deal with both retail customers as well as OEM partners. Please contact us to discuss.

Our standard turnaround times are 10 working days.

No, we do not need to mask any of the parts. If you have special instructions like badges not to be coated, just let us know and we will take care of the rest.

As part of our process, we always prepare the surface prior to applying the ceramic coating. This is how we prepare new parts as well as used.

We can apply our exhaust ceramic coatings to brand new parts as well as used parts and even old and rusty parts.
We apply our ceramic coating to most types of metal, from cast iron to aluminium; from titanium to mild steel and all grades of stainless steel. We can also apply our coatings to Inconel, carbon composite materials and plastics.
