Are the ceramic coatings applied by a machine or a man?
Due to the nature of the application, it is a service that has to be applied by a human. Our technicians are highly experienced but the process is not flawless, hence having an Inspection department. Our aim is to offer the best service at the best price with the best quality. High quality standards is part of our DNA.Back to Index
Will the ceramic coating last forever?
Our ceramic coatings are very durable. Depending on the use of the car/bike, where it would be used and the environment where it would be used, the coating can change durability. We have customers that have done ceramic coatings with us for a long time now and they have experience no problem at all. Even on motorbikes, where the exhausts are more exposed than on a car.Back to Index
Can I just send my parts to you? Do I need an Order Number?
You can send your parts to us, as long as they are well packaged and protected, with your contacts on the inside and the ceramic coating you’d like. Upon reception, we will call you to confirm the Order and take payment. You don’t need an Order to send the parts to us, but remember to include all the details with your parts: Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail and Preferred Ceramic Coating.Back to Index
Your ceramic coatings are better for cars or bikes?
Our ceramic coatings offer the same benefits either for cars and/or motorcycles. We treat all customers with the same professional attitude and with the same priority. Ourselves, we are both car and motorcycles lovers (can’t you tell by our Facebook posts?).Back to Index
How can I clean the coating?
The best way to clean the ceramic coating is with a damp cloth. You can use a light detergent if the coating is particularly dirty.
Never use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
What is the difference between exhaust wraps and your exhaust ceramic coating?
Exhaust wraps are very good. They are. For the purpose. They’re accessible and they have a thermal barrier benefit. But the looks…
The looks are nice for a short period of time. Then they start disintegrate themselves and they start look bad. They don’t last long and it is something you have to be doing again and again. With our exhaust ceramic coatings, you only do it once. Our exhaust ceramic coatings are durable and they offer the same look for an extended period. Your car/bike will look cleaner and, specially with the colours available, you’ll get a WOW factor, that you can’t get with the exhaust wraps.
Will your ceramic coatings give a boost in power to then engine?
Yes. They will make the engine gases flow better and that will improve the engine’s breathing, improving performance.Back to Index
What are the benefits as a thermal barrier of your ceramic coatings?
Our ceramic coatings are produced to give an enhanced look to your car/motorcycle while helping reducing the surface temperature. External testing has shown reduction values in the order of 12-15% from our exhaust ceramic coatings.Back to Index

Can I bring my parts for coating?

How is your process?
We have a very straight forward process. You can send us the parts by yourself or deliver them in person, or you can use our Collection Service for £15+VAT (applies to one single box of up to 1m length and 10Kgs in weight, for UK mainland only). We always prepare the surfaces prior to applying our ceramic coatings. You just need to disassemble all the moving parts that won’t need to be coating (like bolts, screws and removable parts).
We start our process by preparing the surface to receive our ceramic coatings. We then apply the ceramic coating and then it goes to cure for 4 hours. When the cure if finished, all the parts are then inspected and if they’re not up to our high standards they will be re-coated and cured, once again. When they pass inspection, they are packaged in bubble wrap to protect the parts and dispatched to the customer.
What is the difference between your ranges/coatings?
The differences have to do with heat tolerances.
Volcanic Range is our ceramic coating focused on Motorsports where engines can achieve higher temperatures. This ceramic coating is suitable up to 1,050°C. Again, it has a broad use over any part of the engines. It is the choice of OEM because of the hard wearing.
Our Standard range is suitable up to 650°C, which means is good enough for manifolds, pipes and Turbo housings.
Our Vibrant Colours range is suitable up to 425°C, which means it can be used for pipes, exhaust tips, under bonnet beautification and Rocket covers.
Which colours do you have available?
On our Standard Range you can choose between: Satin Black; Brushed Silver; Gold; Deep Black; Titanium and Tungsten Grey.
On our Volcanic Range, the colours available are: Volcanic Black, Volcanic Silver and Volcanic Gold.
On our Vibrant Colours the choice goes colorful: Vibrant Red; Vivid Purple and Striking Orange.
If you’d like a colour that it isn’t represented here, contact us and we’ll try to find you a solution.
Is it expensive?
We have the most competitive prices in the UK. We have priced our ceramic coatings for an excellent compromise between extremely durable quality and a good honest fair price. If you can find it cheaper, we will match it (Conditions & Terms apply).Back to Index
